also you could have downloaded netscape 6.2 from the web.. no one made 
you buy the cd., and I bet you didn't just pay for shipping and handling 
did you?  sorry to hear such a bad experience you have had.  So ask more 
  question on this newsgroup here.. add account with the account wizard 
as the server news.mozilla.org.. and outbound you may use your 
compuserve default smtp server.
