Hi Jay,

I am not sharing a profile with NS 6. I had uninstalled it before I 
installed Mozilla 0.9.7.

As you suggested, I exited Mozilla and checked the applications and 
processes listed in the Task Manager. I don't see Mozilla or Netscape 
there. However, there are many other processes running in the 
background. Could it be a known issue with any of these?
