you can use the same profile, but if you happen to be using WebMail, it 
will *not* I repeat *will not* work in Mozilla, as NS WebMail is 
proprietary.  Other than that, there is not a real problem, but you can 
create a new profile in Mozilla and copy your prefs.js file over, your 
bookmarks.html, and secmod.db file.. along with the mail/news/imap/pop3 
subfolders..
