on WinNT, i use both netscape 6.2.1 and mozilla 0.9.7. i didn't have to do anything. i just installed mozilla and it picked up the netscape's settings (cause they both store them in the same place \Winnt\Profiles\<username>\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\default).
