e-mail configuration

As a victim of the @home fiasco, my new service--cox.net--only supports the use of Internet Explorer and Outlook Express.  I have been using Netscape back to version 2.0 and don't want to have to start all over again.

I have two Netscape browsers, versions 4.78, as well as 6.2.  My problem is that  I don't know how to configure my e-mail in those browsers.  I thought 4.78 would be easy by going to preferences, mail, and entering the appropriate settings, but it wasn't.  6.2 didn't even seem to have a place where you could enter your settings.  Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.  Also, please copy your reply to [EMAIL PROTECTED].  Thanks.
