Went to web site, had some common questions about their products so I
clicked FAQs. This took me to a page that tells me a new window will
open. It doesn't(probably because I have the option checked to disable
window.open()), so I click "click here" per instructions if a new window
doesn't open. This opens a window that says "This Application requires
either Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x or Netscape Navigator 4.7x."
