Yup, works, except that in the "<username> has <number> new messages"
tooltip of the icon, the <number> isn't proper (every time I looked, it
was zero, where it should of course have been at least one).

It's not good, no ;-) but I wonder where exactly it is located? I've
found it in the CVS, but nowhere in my local files. I've extracted every
single .jar archive and yet Windows tells me it can't find newmail.ico
anywhere. I'd like to replace it temporarily with something better from
windows, just for testing.
