Just a FYI, I landed biff notification in the system tray support on Friday (Bug #119344). You should see it in today's builds. This code places an icon in the system tray when biff goes off. When you read one of these new messages the icon is removed from the system tray.
The icon is only temporary. We are waiting on a final icon from UE. So don't forumlate any complaints about the icon =). I know this was a highly asked for feature so I thought I would advertise its presence. -Scott
