My hard drive was failing so I burn my user folder to a CD. After putting in
a new hard drive and a new install of Win98se and all drivers, I install
Netscape Communicator 4.78 and create my user account I then copy my user
folder that I burn over the new user folder I just created to get my mail
and newsgroups back. Netscape would not recognize (see) my mail or
newsgroup. I could not see then though the Communicator. When I select my
Inbox the message I would get this message "You don't have permission to
access this Inbox". This always work for me in the past. I've tried
difference versions Netscape Communicator to no prevail. I am assuming I
somehow corrupted something during the burning of my CD. Maybe a *.db file.
Is there a way of manually restoring my mail?

Also, does anyone have Netscape Support Email address? I try using there on
line support form but I couldn't keep this explanation under 500 character
