There is no reasonable Netscape support.You can try a number of 
newsgroups,and the most active is the secure Netscape board.You can set 
it up from  http://www.ufaq.org  Scrolling down the home page you will 
see options to get into the several message boards.You click and you 
will be set up,except for details,like which e-mail address you want to 
post under,and number of posts that you want to download.There are 
thousands,but I select about 75.I can always select the next bunch.
  As for your problem right click on the Inbox icon,and select 
Properties.You should have a check mark on the Archive box.If it is on 
Read only,uncheck it.You should be ok after that.
