This happens if Mozilla is set as default mail client.

You can do that or do this
Launch Mozilla
Go to Edit-> Preferences-> Mail and Newsgroups
Uncheck the preference  Use Mozilla Mail as the default mail application

The mapi32.dll gets replaced if Mozilla is set as default mail client. and
Mozilla sets itself as default when you run it.
