Mozilla 0.9.8: How to force mail tool to open "new" browser windows for each URL click ...

Right now, whenever I click on a URL in an email, the Mozilla mail 
reuses the same mozilla browser window. How do I force Mozilla to open a 
new fresh browser window each time I click on a link in emails?
