Something like "MIME E-mail Encapsulation of Aggregate Documents such
as HTML".  Do a search and you can get all the relevant RFCs.  In any
case, if I recall, the virus that you're probably referring to was
because of the browser.  Outlook, like most things on a PC that
display HTML, uses the IE core to render the HTML.  You could get the
same virus by visiting a malicious site with your browser.
