I just looked at their bulletin board.  He's soliciting suggestions for 
a set of preferences to ease use. The conventions relating to folder 
separators are a major issue -- he uses a full-stop period. You can get 
to the newsgroup by navigating to emailaddresses.com/forum/   and then 
scroll down and click on FastMail.fm .
