Dunno. I saw you (well, someone) ask this once before. The links to
"Non-English dictionaries" (which includes en_GB - cheeky buggers) on
that page doesn't appear to include a French dictionary, which I find
rather strange.
Of course they are requesting volunteers to donate new dictionaries. You
could always try running the English dictionary through Babelfish, then
sort(1) and submit it ;-)
