I am able to "dynamically" switch from HTML format to Plaintext in the compose window. But not the other way round? Any tips?
Also, why is the message compose window and the view window not "what you see is what you get' with plain text messages? Several times, the plain text messages are shown in the HTML format (no HTML features being used) but after the message is sent, it shows up right in the "Sent" folder.
