That was exactly my problem - I was trying to see if Mozilla's IMAP 
workd on Netscape's IMAP account and it kept failing to access server.

Since the settings were identical, I thought it might be that Netscape 
allowed Netscape 6.2 to access it but not Mozilla - and you just 
confirmed it! It should work on other non-proprietary IMAP servers, this 
should work?

And about writing in English to answer my question - you did not have to 
apologize at all!  You must be very good at both languages so that you 
probably move between the two without realizing it (you read my question 
in English but answered in Spanish)! And thanks to you for recognizing 
it and bothering to send me a second email!
