What is the point of implementing the feature and then have the default preference to be "Never send a return receipt". On the theory that most people are lazy and do minimal tinkering of their preferences, wouldn't it be better to have the default be: "Send sometimes... Ask me, Ask me, Ask me". There is still no danger of a return receipt being sent when someone doesn't want it to and doesn't realize it is being sent, but there is a greater chance of the feature being 'discovered'?
