OK, sorry for the build number ambiguity. I pulled mine from the "latest trunk" directory and so didn't take note of the intraday build number. Going back to the nightlies folders, it looks like I'm running 2002-04-11-06-trunk, the win32-installer-sea.exe version. Of course, it may be that these are distinct issues, may be platform specific, but I've been running this all day and am not seeing any of the compacting issues that had been occuring very reliably. Drag-n-drop works for me also. Makes some sense as the fix for this was apparently very recently checked in. I'm just one data point. No guarantees implied or warranted, but the latest build might just fix this for you. --rt
