Outliner was renamed to tree, so tree should be used instead of outliner.

This should rather be put in user.js. (same directory as prefs.js, 
doesn't exist by default but will be used if exists).

S/MIME is integrated into Mozilla; to use it, select the certificates in 
the Security panel of the Account Settings.

PGP is not integrated yet, http://enigmail.mozdev.org should make it 
possible, though your mileage may vary.

Also, note these shortcuts:
Ctrl+T - opens a new tab
Ctrl+PgUp / Ctrl+PgDown - switch through the currently open tabs. 
Ctrl+Tab is already taken for switching through Sidebar, Location bar 
and Content Area (I think...)
