hunch there's an uncounted but significant German-speaking corps who may
never post here.
I have voted for mail/news bugs (mainly) and have seen some resolved.
Consider, too, that to this day there are genuine bugs in Outlook and
OE, in addition to never-ending vulnerabilities to "exploits."
