Your kind assistance with this vexing problem is appreciated. I migrated to a new PC and also moved from 98 to XP(Home).
After installing Mozilla 1.0, I found its mail files in C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\default\1j1bvbgf.slt\ Copying my old mail data to a new folder there oldfiles\ resulted in seeing the folders in the left hand panel but I can't open them. Delete - delete folder - create new folder - recopy files did not help. Thank you in advance.
