On 29 Jul 2002, it is alleged that Bob sauntered in to
netscape.public.mozilla.mail-news and loudly proclaimed:

> A combination of Outlook Express no longer running after it crashed:
> "MSIMN caused an invalid page fault in
> module MSOE.DLL at 0167:007c6544."
> and Mozilla news being sufficiently usable made me decide to switch.

> There are no user groups on news.mozilla.org, right?
> These are all developer groups?

The user groups are listed below.

> What are the methods for reporting bugs in Mozilla news?

1. Ensure that it /is/ a bug (confirmable, reproducible, &c).

2. Do a Bugzilla query to make sure it hasn't been reported before (there
are a stupifying number of duplicates in Bugzilla).

3. File a bug.

You /should/ be able to do so, so long as the accounts have unique names,
but I've not tried.
