This is a bug in Netscape 6.x, upgrade to a newer version, Netscape 7 or
a Mozilla.

Wrong. It is wrapped. But Netscape doesn't display the wrapping. See

Netscape has no problems whatsoever with correctly wrapping text, just
let Netsape do the work and don't interfere by wrapping text manually.
