First, you shouldn't be using Moz for important emails.  Stick with a
"released" end user product.  Either N7 or ms outlook/express.  Newsgroups
are one thing, but losing emails or not being able to depend on the program
is most important.  I doubt if your problem is a setting, since it works
"some" of the time.

Have you tried another email program (mentioned above) so you know whether
the fault is Moz or your "mail.com" ?
