Thanks for your reply. The only time we know that the mail has not been 
sent is when other people say they've never had it - There's no 
indication in Moz. I now "b.c.c." all outgoing mail. As all mail goes 
out on the same SMTP whilst "two out of three ain't bad" I don't see how
