You are quite correct. I was using an admin password. Once i switched to a regular user, i get no results in my LDAP search. I'm certain that this is a problem with Mozilla and not Active Directory. I've successfully interfaced with AD's LDAP interface in the past using PHP. If anyone wants to give that a try, just to prove that Active Directory's LDAP interface is fine, I recommend John's LDAP browser at http://ldapweb.sourceforge.net
