I did set an SMTP server, it is visible in the Mail&Newsgroup Account
Settings / Outgoing Sever (SMTP) settings and it is marked as default.
But this dialog behaves strange, if I click OK it remains and if I switch to
another option
(e.g. Local Folders) it remains the same, all I can do is cancel.
I can send mail now however by going to Mail&Newsgroup Account Settings
/ Account Settings -> Advanced and then unselecting Default server and
selecting the explicit name of the server.
