I did set an SMTP server, it is visible in the Mail&Newsgroup Account Settings / Outgoing Sever (SMTP) settings and it is marked as default. But this dialog behaves strange, if I click OK it remains and if I switch to another option (e.g. Local Folders) it remains the same, all I can do is cancel. I can send mail now however by going to Mail&Newsgroup Account Settings / Account Settings -> Advanced and then unselecting Default server and selecting the explicit name of the server. : -- : Mozilla end-user questions should be directed to: : * snews://secnews.netscape.com:563/netscape.mozilla.user.general : * snews://secnews.netscape.com:563/netscape.mozilla.user.win32 : * snews://secnews.netscape.com:563/netscape.mozilla.user.mac : * snews://secnews.netscape.com:563/netscape.mozilla.user.unix : Note that you need to have SSL enabled and the port set to 563. --
