Have you tried compacting your Inbox (right click on Inbox, compact this
Folder)?

If that doesn't work then delete Inbox.msf (*only* the .msf file, *not*
Inbox with no extension!!) in the Mail/<servername> in your profile
directory. You must exit Moz completely, including the Quick Start icon
in the System Tray, before doing this. When you restart Moz it will
rebuild Inbox.msf.

The only other cause I can think of is what I used to see in NS4
occasionally and that is that a line in the body of an e-mail starts
with the word "From". Moz should insert a space (NS4 used a '>') when it
receives the mail. If that doesn't happen then the line starting "From"
is seen as the start of a new message and everything thereafter gets
screwed up. I have to add though that I've never had this happen in Moz.
