Well if that's the case, then for the record:
I'm using a ATI Rage Fury Pro w/SDD beta 35 ...
But I have to tell you that even with the previous releases using my
old card - a S3 Vision 964 based video card - the controls were still
outlined in blue ...

Can I post a small screenshot to clarify what it is I'm talking about
