Actually, reading the error again, a conflict is probably what it is.
The solution here is probably to set BEGINLIBPATH=X:\warpzilla\bin where X is the
drive where
you unzipped, warpzilla is the name of the directory.
Also, check to see why you have another DLL called PROTOCOL.DLL on your system.
We have a bug to make some of the DLL names less generic.
