Ops,
I forgot to tell you that the conflicting protocol.dll belongs to Lotus
Notes 4.5 (placed in e:\notes here), possibly the "Internet Mail Help
and Install" that was launched at about the same time as OS/2 Warp 4
(which came with Notes 4).
At least I just discovered that internet email in Lotus Notes doesn't
work while Mozilla is running :-)
