You should never unzip a Warpzilla release on top of a previous one.
Everything does not necessarily get overwritten, and old DLLs and other
components mess things up. The "127" errors you're seeing are normally
the result of the wrong DLL getting loaded. Always unzip Warpzilla into
a different directory from the previous release.
