Warpzilla 0.9 available

I have made an OS/2 version of Mozilla Milestone 0.9 available on the
Mozilla FTP site:

ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/mozilla0.9/mozilla-i386-pcos2-vacpp-0.9.zip

This version includes PSM 2.0, the new image library, the new cache,
etc.

It also contains the new region code for OS/2, even though that is not
checked into the tree yet (CVS problems).

It seems a lot faster to me.

Please check to see if bugs are cross-platform before opening them on
Mozilla.
