My navigation buttons now work.

After several remigrations starting fresh, it appears the way to break
the navigation buttons and history is to close "my sidebar" and/or make
preference changes on first open after migrating to a profile that opens
a blank browser window, and *not* open any page prior to changing prefs
and/or turning off "my sidebar".

There remains a minor(?) back button/history glitch. My "home" button
loads a local copy of my web site's home page. This page redirects after
11 seconds. With 0.9, after the redirect takes place, the back button
remains greyed out. Progressing to other links/pages ungreys the back
button.
