Sys2070 usually means a DLL conflict.
You can use this utility:
http://world.std.com/cgi-bin/fairest.pl/software.watson.ibm.com/pub/cset++/chkdll32.exe
To check. chkdll32 mozilla.exe
It should say what DLL is the problem.
Or you can post the contents of the 2070 message.
