G'Day,
I don't know if this is a bug (haven't been able to spot it on
Bugzilla) or a "feature", but why does Mozilla take sooo looong to
start? After clicking on the icon, it chugs away at the hard drive
for a couple of seconds and then NOTHING for almost 2 minutes! Then
the hard drive starts up again and it finishes loading. I'm running
Mozilla 0.9 (May 7 build) with Warp4 FP11 on a Celeron 450 with 196Mb
RAM so system resources shouldn't be a problem. In fact, it actually
runs at a pretty good speed once it's loaded, but just getting there
is the issue.
Any hints? Thanks for any info, particularly if this wait can be
eliminated!
