This good a video driver error. Have you tried the SDD/SE drivers
from IBM or the SDD/Pro drivers from Scithech Software?
The first are available on the IBM Device Driver repository and
the second are available from Scitech software
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/ps/products/os2/os2ddpak_cur/sddse704.exe
ftp://ftp.scitechsoft.com/sdd/beta/os2/sdd-os2-latest.exe
I believe they both support the TNT2 card and they use a later
version of the GRADD components that may relieve the problem
