I tried to install the May 18 version of Mozilla and also the May 25,
with the same problem. I unzipped the file to a fresh directory. It
picked up my 4.61 bookmarks, but when I looked under about plugins,
there were none. I tried to copy the files from the plugins directory
of Mozilla 0.6 (most of which were originally copied from the netscape
4.61 plugins). Now it tells me I've got plugins there (including one
to play wav files) but when I try to play a wave file over the
internet, Mozilla 0.6 crashes.
How do you get the standard plugins to work?
Also it converts my bookmark file from 4.61 and I can use it the first
time. But when I close 0.9 down and re-open it, I get 2 copies of the
bookmark folders, but I can't go into the folders to access any of the
urls in there.
