Some further observations:
Good: at http://www.rca.org the text with the yellow background "From
Our Past" displays properly, whereas with NS 4.61 it stretched the whole
width of the page, overlapping the text in the narrow column to its right.
Not good: at the same URL, the picture at the upper right displayed with
blank (white) bands across it initially. Scrolling the picture off
screen and then back again got rid of the white bands. OK: this
deficiency is referred to in the announcement, but I wanted to record
that I have encountered the problem, and not furthere that the picture
at http://www.rca.org/synod/news/2001/mutchpic.html showed as a totally
white box at first, but clicking on it made it appear normally.
