Open Web Location

In the EMX build of 0.9.3 I had the already discussed
(but not resolved) problems with entering an URL in the location bar.
But IIRC (don't try often) the  Open Web Location dialog did work.
Meanwhile it also doesn't accept input anymore.
I can only navigate around the Mozilla start page, clicking on links
does work ...
