This can happen if your browser downloads the *.jar files in ASCII 
instead of Binary modes.  If you look at the *.jar files in a zip 
archive viewer they should appear as zip archives with all the 
different files listed.  If yours don't, then you need to go back and 
re-download them.  Unfortunately, the latest version of Netscape 4.61 
has a bad problem with being unable to consistently download "unknown"
file types in the binary mode.  Fortunately, However, both Mozilla 
(hold down the Shift key when clicking on the file link) and Opera 
(RMB on link and select "Save link document as" (note: the keyboard 
doesn't work for me)) will both download the *.jar files in the binary
mode.
