Not that I know of. CODEPAGE has to be set manually by editing config.sys, and then using chcp to toggle. At the desktop, there's the Country Palette but nowadays multilingual apps generally rely on the LANG setting, making the Palette pretty useless. LANG too depends on app support, and on OS/2 those that have it are mostly XFree86/OS2 apps. h~
