I've never quite figured out why the distributions don't have an install
readme.  To install:

 - remove entire old tree
 - unzip
 - run warpzfol.cmd

You don't need any changes to config.sys unless you want to put your
configuration files outside the Mozilla tree.  It makes upgrades a bit
simplier.  I use:

  SET MOZIlLA_HOME=D:\Home

I've heard that folks have gotten Moz to run on Warp3, but it's not one of
the supported platforms, AFAIF.
