   Probably because it is there!  I don't know about business users but 
enthusiasts like to play and the not well-off can use something really 
good (despite limitations)!  Lots of Warp 3 shrink wraps are around for 
practically nothing and you do thus acquire a licence!

   I still have my Warp 3 box - don't have time to use it these days and 
it's gathering dust but at a pinch it would still be a fair workhorse by 
just turning it on!
