There was definitely a printer problem that was fixed in most recent builds. It was broke in 0.9.5.
It is actually a bug in the printer drivers. Mozilla was doing a START_DOC twice in a row and some printers barf on this. This is fixed in the current nightlies and will be fixed in the 0.9.6 build.
