I assume you mean the loopback interface:

When opening the security manager, only the tabs on the top and the
options on the right get paint, but the main content (text area) stays
empty. And after that I cannot click anywhere (including other
programs or the WPS).
To make sure that there is nothing corrupt I did a reinstall of
OS2Web, but that did not change the symptoms.
I even tried to turn off Proxy, Java, JavaScript and so on, but this
changed nothing, too.
