Not sure what to do about this. Mozilla (and Windows for that matter)
has a concept of "busy but you can use the browser" OS/2 does not.

We added this pointer for this purpose.

Using the wait cursor would be incorrect in this case because you can
still do stuff, and using the regular cursor would be incorrect in this
case because it gives no indication of what's happening.

We're open to suggestions.
