Plugins changed in nightlies?

I have the plugins working in the 0.9.4 release (Specifically Flash), 
but all the nightlies since pop up a message on flash sites saying no 
download plugin was found and the flash content is not displayed. Has 
something changed in the nightly builds since 0.9.4 ?
