If the problem cannot be duplicated in Windows, it should be opened up in Bugzilla using the OS/2 bug template at http://www.mozlla.org/ports/os2
Our goal is to get OS/2 on par with the other platforms, so we are always looking for things that work everywhere but OS/2.
